Each piece of ceramic offered in the shop is unique, 100% handmade by Lola Landa. The images on the website are for illustrative purposes; due to the handmade nature of the product, there may be slight variations in colors, shapes and sizes.

3.- Prices and payments

All prices are indicated in Mexican pesos (MXN). The store reserves the right to change prices without prior notice. Payment can be made through the payment platforms available on the site.

Domestic Shipping: Shipments are made through courier service providers. Costs and delivery times vary depending on the customer's location.

International Shipping: Customer is responsible for any taxes, customs fees or duties that may apply in their country.

Shipping times are approximate and may vary due to external factors. The store is not responsible for delivery delays caused by the courier company.

If you live in San Miguel de Allende, Gto., you can opt for local delivery at no additional cost, at the delivery point established in Plaza La Luciérnaga.

5.- Returns and cancellations

Due to the unique and handcrafted nature of the pieces, returns and exchanges are not accepted, except in the case of products damaged during shipping. If you receive a damaged piece, you must notify the store within 7 days of receiving the package, attaching photographs of the damage.

6.- Intellectual property

All content on this site, including images, text and designs, is the property of Lola Landa. Use, reproduction or distribution of the content without express permission is prohibited.

7.- Limitation of liability

Lola Landa is not responsible for any direct, indirect or accidental damage that may arise from the use of the products purchased in the store or from misuse of the website.
