At LoTennant, we want to ensure that your ceramic pieces arrive safely and in the shortest possible time. Below, we provide detailed information about our shipping methods and estimated delivery times.

1.- Shipping Scope

We offer both national and international shipping. We also provide free local delivery in San Miguel de Allende, Gto., at a specific drop-off point that we will indicate at the time of purchase.

2.- Shipping Times

National Shipping (Mexico): Delivery times may vary between 5 to 10 business days, depending on the location.

International Shipping: Depending on the destination, the estimated delivery time may range from 15 to 30 business days. Please note that international shipments may be subject to delays due to customs.

Local Deliveries: If you select the local delivery option, you can pick up your order at Plaza La Luciérnaga in San Miguel de Allende within 1 to 2 business days after the order confirmation.

3.- Shipping Costs

National Shipping: The cost is calculated at the time of purchase, based on the delivery location.

International Shipping: Costs are calculated according to the destination country and the package weight.

Local Delivery (San Miguel de Allende): Local delivery is free.

4.- Taxes and Import Duties

For international shipments, taxes, customs duties, and any additional charges that your country may apply are not included in the shipping cost. As a customer, you are responsible for these charges. We recommend contacting your local customs office for further information before making your purchase.

5.- Packaging and Protection

Our ceramic pieces are delicate, so each item is carefully packaged to avoid damage during shipping. In case you receive a damaged product, please refer to our Return Policy for more information on how to proceed.

6.- Order Confirmation and Tracking

Once your purchase has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email with your order details. When your order has been shipped, we will provide you with a tracking number so you can monitor your delivery status.

7.- Shipping Delays

While we do our best to meet the estimated delivery times, LoTennant is not responsible for delays due to circumstances beyond our control, such as weather conditions, customs delays, or issues with shipping companies.
